1. Data controller

2. Data we process

When a user submits the form, the controller may receive:

• the user's name and, if provided, company name;
• a contact address: email or Telegram username;
• the task description and other information voluntarily included in the message;
• team size, if provided;
• IP address and technical request data required to protect the form from spam and abuse.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Data is processed based on the user's consent and the steps required to review a request before a possible contract.

• reviewing the request and contacting the user;
• clarifying the task and preparing an audit, automation, or AI implementation proposal;
• protecting the form and website infrastructure from spam and misuse;
• meeting legal requirements and protecting the controller's rights where a lawful ground applies.

4. Processing and recipients

The request is hosted on Vercel cloud infrastructure and delivered to the controller through the Telegram messaging service. These providers receive only the data needed to operate the website, deliver the request, and protect the infrastructure.

Providers may process data outside the Russian Federation under their terms and applicable law. The controller does not sell personal data or disclose it for advertising or profiling.

5. Retention

Request data is retained for no longer than one year from receipt. It may be deleted earlier when the processing purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, unless the law requires longer retention.

6. User rights

A user may request information about processing, correction or deletion of data, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent by contacting @maxim_constantin on Telegram.

The controller responds within 10 business days. The controller may request enough information to verify the requester's identity and protect the data.

7. Local storage and analytics

The website does not use analytics or advertising systems and does not save theme or language preferences in browser local storage. Hosting and message-delivery providers may process technical logs under their own terms.

8. Policy updates

The controller may update this policy when the website, the data processed, or legal requirements change. The current text is published on this page with a new effective date.
