Terms of Use
Effective September 2, 2026.
1. General terms
These terms govern the use of agilitycs.io. The website owner is Individual Entrepreneur Maxim Valeryevich Konstantinov, taxpayer ID 710303363714.
By using the website, a user accepts the terms that apply to viewing materials, submitting a request, and using the available functions. A user who does not agree must stop using the website.
2. Website purpose
The website provides information about business process audits and redesign, automation, AI system design and implementation, and ways to contact the owner.
Website materials are for general information. They are not individual advice, a technical opinion, legal advice, or a public offer.
Submitting a request does not create a contract and does not require the owner to accept a project. Scope, price, timing, and deliverables are agreed separately after the task is reviewed.
3. Acceptable use
A user may view materials, use navigation, submit a request, and follow external links.
- do not attempt unauthorized access to restricted parts of the website;
- do not bypass limits or security measures;
- do not submit malicious code, automated spam, or knowingly false data;
- do not violate the law or the rights of the owner or third parties;
- do not create excessive load on the website infrastructure.
4. Requests and communication
A user may provide a name, company name, email address or Telegram username, team size, and task description for request review.
A user must not submit passwords, keys, access tokens, sensitive personal data, trade secrets, or other confidential information through the public form without prior agreement.
The owner may request more context. A response or initial discussion does not create an obligation to perform a project.
5. Audit and results
An audit is an analysis of processes, data, constraints, risks, and automation options within a separately agreed scope.
Estimates of effect, cost, and risk depend on the actual processes and data. The owner does not guarantee a specific financial result, savings percentage, complete employee replacement, absolute security, or suitability of a technology before the task is reviewed.
The owner may recommend not using AI when a simpler automation is more reliable and less expensive. Any later implementation is agreed separately.
6. AI and third-party services
References to AI models, cloud platforms, and software products are not unconditional recommendations. Their owners determine their terms, prices, availability, and data processing rules.
AI is treated as a technical tool. A specific service is selected only after the task, data, cost, and security requirements are assessed.
7. Security and confidentiality
Specific safeguards can be defined only after the client's infrastructure and requirements are reviewed. When a project involves confidential data, the parties separately agree on the data, transfer channels, access, isolation, and, where appropriate, enter into a confidentiality agreement.
8. Personal data
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and the user's separate consent. No analytics or advertising systems are connected to the website.
9. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website's text, structure, design, images, and other materials belong to the owner or are used lawfully.
Materials may be viewed and used for personal or internal reference. Publication, adaptation, commercial use, or distribution of a substantial part of the materials requires the rights holder's permission, except where permitted by law.
10. External links
The website may link to Telegram and other external resources. Their respective owners determine their content, availability, and data processing rules.
11. Availability and liability
The owner takes reasonable measures to operate the website but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure failures, or provider actions.
The owner is not liable for decisions made solely from the website's general content without a separate review of the task. These limits apply only to the extent permitted by the law of the Russian Federation.
12. Changes
The owner may change the website and these terms. The current text is published on this page with its effective date.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Before court proceedings, the parties will try to resolve a dispute by sending a claim to @maxim_constantin on Telegram.
Claims are reviewed within 10 business days. Jurisdiction is determined by the mandatory rules of the Russian Federation.
